COCKTAIL RECIPES | LAVENDER

 

Paris in the Rain
Gabriel Ellzey | Bon Bon Lounge - Spokane, WA
1 1/2 oz. Magellan Gin (or gin of choice)
3/4 oz. St. Germain
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
1/4 oz. Creme de Violette
Lavender DRY Soda
Serve: Collins Glass
Garnish: stalk of Rosemary

  • Combine gin, St. Germain, lemon juice and Green Chartreuse into cocktail shaker.
  • Break off a small portion of Rosemary and add to shaker.
  • Shake ingredients and double strain into ice-filled collins glass.
    Top with Lavender DRY Soda and drizzle Creme de Violette.
    Garnish with Rosemary.

Lavender Collins
Lacey Murillo | 1886 Bar, The Raymond - Pasadena, CA
3/4 oz. grade B maple syrup
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
2 oz oz. Rum
Lavender DRY Soda
Serve: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Candied Lavender

  • Combine first three ingredients into ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake for 5-7 seconds.
  • Strain into rocks glass over ice.
  • Top with Lavender DRY Soda and garnish with candied lavender.

California Lavender
1 1/2 oz. Raspberry Vodka
3/4 oz. Chambord
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
5 oz. Lavender DRY Soda
Serve: Bucket
Garnish: Fresh Raspberries

  • Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add raspberry vodka, Chambord and lime juice. Shake well.
  • Place raspberries and ice in glass. Add mixture from shaker.
  • Top with Lavender DRY Soda and stir gently

Green Ocean

1 3/4 oz. St. Germain
1/4 oz. Midori
4 1/2 oz. Lavender DRY Soda
Serve: 15 oz. Footed Lemonade Glass
Garnish: Lime Wheel

  • Add all ingredients into glass over ice.
  • Stir lightly and garnish.

Purple Haze
1 3/4 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Chambord
4 oz. Sweet & Sour
4 oz. Lavender DRY Soda
Serve: Bucket
Garnish: Sugar Rim and a Lime

  • Prepare a bucket glass with sugar rim and add ice
  • Pour sweet & sour, tequila, Chambord, and Lavender DRY into glass
  • Garnish edge of glass with a lime wedge

Lavender Reverie
3/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Kahlua
4 oz. Lavender DRY Soda
Serve: Bucket
Garnish: 3 Coffee Beans

  • Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add vodka and Kahlua and shake well
  • Place coffee beans in bottom of glass and pour in chilled Lavender DRY
  • Layer shaker mixture over top of drink

2-3 white grapes, halved
3/4 ounce homemade rosemary infused lavender-citrus simple syrup
1/2 ounce lemon juice
2 ounces lemonade
1 ounce Lavender DRY Soda
Serve:  Rocks Glass
Garnish:  Lemon Wheel and 1 Sprig of Rosemary

  • Muddle cut grapes in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  • Add lemon juice, lemonade and lavender-rosemary syrup then shake well, with ice.
  • Strain into an ice filled glass.
  • Top with Lavender DRY Soda and garnish with a lemon wheel and sprig of rosemary.
