2 oz. Gin
1 1/2 oz. St. Germain
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz. Lemongrass DRY Soda
Serve: Collins Glass
Garnish: Lemongrass Stick or Lime Wedge
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add gin, St. Germain and lime juice. Shake well.
- Strain mixture into glass over ice, top with DRY Soda and garnish.
DRY Lemon
1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
Splash of Lime Juice
Splash of Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Lemongrass DRY Soda
Serve: Martini Glass
Garnish: Pineapple wedge
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice and pineapple juice. Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Add Lemongrass DRY Soda and stir gently.
Gin Ruby
2 oz. Gin
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. Lemongrass DRY Soda
Serve: Martini Glass
Garnish: Grapefruit Wheel
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add gin and grapefruit juice. Shake well.
- Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass
- Top with Lemongrass DRY Soda and garnish
Lojito
1 3/4 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
6 oz. Lemongrass DRYSoda
3 Fresh Lime Wedges
5-7 Fresh Mint Leaves (Torn)
1 TSP. Simple Syrup
Serve: Bucket
Garnish: Sugar Rimmed Glass
- Prepare a bucket glass with a sugared rim and ice
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add all ingredients and shake vigorously
- Pour into glass and garnish with additional fresh mint leaves and lime.
Lemon Dropped
1 1/4 oz. Citroen Vodka
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
3 1/2 oz. Lemongrass DRY Soda
2 Fresh Lemon Wedges
Serve: Martini Glass
Garnish: Sugar rimmed glass, lemon wedge
- Prepare a chilled, sugar rimmed martini glass
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all liquid and one lemon wedge. Shake well.
- Strain mixture into glass and garnish with a lemon wedge
