Veronica Lizarraga, our very own Mixology Brand Ambassador, created the drink and will be there sharing this dreamy cocktail with you. What was her inspiration behind the Root Beer Float DRY Soda cocktail?
“I created this cocktail keeping in mind that summer was just ending, and we’re transitioning to fall here in Las Vegas. The taste of this cocktail brings a “Root Beer Float” memory back to mind, which gives it that summer feel. I also use Chai to give it that spice of Fall. The egg white in this cocktail gives it a foamy taste and look, while the DRY Soda gives it that extra pep of fizziness!”

Root Beer Float DRY Soda Cocktail
- 1 oz Captain Morgan Private Stock
- 1 oz Drambuie
- 1.25 oz Chai
- 1/2 oz Egg white
- 1/2 oz Milk
- Vanilla Bean DRY Soda
- Serve: Rocks glass
Add first five ingredients to cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 5 to 7 seconds.
Fill glass half-full with ice. Strain contents of shaker over ice.
Top with 1 oz. Vanilla Bean DRY Soda
